Our marketing trainee needs to be willing to learn, reliable, honest and have the highest integrity.
They’ll preferably be a natural story-teller with a great imagination. Attention to detail is paramount, so if you’ve got just a touch of OCD you’ll be right at home.
You’ll need great written communication skills including an eye for spelling and grammar. There will be plenty of proof reading, so if you love fault finding with other people’s work – you’re in!
No previous experience in photography, professional writing or strategy is expected, but an interest and a willingness to learn is.

Formal training along with your tasks
Website updates
Social Media Scheduling
Social Media Content creation (down the track)
Laying out (under the watchful eye of our graphic designer) EDMs
Keeping spreadsheets, charts and project management items up to date
Digital filing and asset organization
Video editing (down the track)

We work with a wide range of businesses from mining, trades and the construction sector, natural health providers, tourism and local government. As your skills progress you’ll have the opportunity to work on the projects that interest you the most and develop the skill you’re most invested in. Being a small business, all employees experience some crossover in their jobs, so we are looking for a team player that will share our passion for helping clients on the fun and the mundane tasks.
There is huge potential for growth for the right trainee as our small team is successfully winning more diverse projects all the time.
What you need
You need transport to Greta NSW 3 days a week and the ability to study your marketing qualification either online or in person.
A good attitude
Uniform shirts are provided. Digital equipment is provided during work hours.
